Insurance & Payment

Please inquire for current rates. Initial Speech and Language Evaluations are completed in 60 minutes with a comprehensive report provided. Individual therapy sessions in your home or natural environment can be 30 or 45 minutes, designed around your child's developmental goals.

Foothills Speech Therapy will provide documentation necessary, known as a “superbill,” to submit to your insurance company for self-reimbursement upon request. Medicaid is not accepted at this time. Foothills Speech Therapy is private pay only, accepting cash, check, and credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
